Pereto RZ is a white cauliflower variety for the fresh and processing markets. Its white curds are dense and heavy, and it has broad leaves. The crop is easy to grow and has a semi-upright habit. The curd setting is very uniform and Pereto RZ can withstand tough conditions very well. The time to maturity is 90-110 days. Pereto RZ is recommended for dry climates in the summer, autumn and mild winters.
